Frequently Asked Questions
Typically the requirements and design phase takes 2-4 weeks. The duration depends a lot on my schedule and you and your team, the reaction to reviews and design questions, and how long it takes to make important decisions.
In vacation period, I can usually finish a website within a week, otherwise count a little less than a month.
Budget highly depends on your request, a single-paged website isn't the same as a multi-vendor marketplace. I might buy specific plug-ins for your needs and therefore charge you for it, it is all included in the final price. Price generally start at 300€
I usually work with Hostinger, they have good prices and perfect stability. However I can work with almost any hosting, make sure to mention it when ordering your website. I can also host small-scale websites in my own hosting for an aditionnal fee.
Yes, I do use a theme for pre-made design and UX (I am not an UI/UX designer) and plug-ins for complex systems (why reinvent the wheel?), I do however code my own plug-ins with php for minor plug-ins and I ensure compatibility between plug-ins. You are paying for my time setting up the website, making sure everything is fine and working seamlessly, for complex systems such as affiliate or multi-vendor, paid plug-ins will be suggested to the customer and added to the budget.
Keep in mind that for a totally custom-coded website from scratch, it cost in the thousands of euro, a whole team and months of development.
Usually I ask for a non-refundable 50% upfront (unless I am the one canceling the commission) then 50% after delivering the website and making all changes you want.
I have strong experience and coding knowledge (php) in WordPress/Woocommerce, however I can still make storefront & websites in the following platforms:
- Shopify
- Odoo
- Square
Pricing will vary depending on what you want.
I do not currently charge revisions, at long as it is not redo entire website after we finished the commission I am happy to change free-of-cost.
After finishing the website I can do a voice-call through Discord or other app to teach you how to edit stuff on the website, I also add Elementor plugin which allow you to edit content, design etc.
